New Advocacy Brief on Violence against Women – Female Genital Mutilation

Cover-advocacy-brief-FGMThe NGO CSW Geneva has launched a new Advocacy Briefs on Violence against Women, that focus on Female Genital Mutilation.

This new Advocacy Brief follows a first issue on Sexual Violence.

The advocacy Briefs series is an initiative from World YWCA, WWSF, Femmes Africa Solidarité (FAS), and Inter African Committee (IAC).

International Day on Zero Tolerance to FGM – 6 February 2014

On the international day on zero tolerance to Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), the NGO CSW Geneva has sponsored an event organized by the Inter African Committee on

Synergy of actions by governments, the international community and civil society to accelerate the achievement of zero tolerance to FGM.

Speakers:

  • H.E. Fodé Seck, permanent representative of Senegal
